When you send a quote request or print order, the details and any file you attach are emailed to us at info@madixmedia.com. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which keeps submissions for up to 30 days. This website itself does not store them.

We use the information and files you send only to quote, produce and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. It does not identify you personally.

Questions, or want us to delete your information? Email info@madixmedia.com or call (905) 564-5055.
